Precision engineering. Faster.
Laser cutting, press braking and 3D printing under one roof in Halesowen. Send a drawing, talk directly to the engineer who will make it, and take the same part from one-off prototype to full production.
Precision fabrication should be as easy to buy as it is hard to get right. That is the gap we set out to close — modern machines, and a way of working built around the person sending the drawing.
Laser cutting, press braking and additive manufacturing sit on the same floor, so nothing waits on a third party. We make new, we prototype fast, and we get it right first time — and you deal with the people actually running your job.
Online ordering is next, so pricing and placing a job will take minutes rather than emails.
Our sister company, Glassworks Hounsell, shares our Park Lane site.
Capability
Three processes / one facility
Laser cutting
High-precision cutting for complex geometries and intricate patterns, with minimal material waste. A 3000 × 1500 bed means full sheets nest tight, and our process is built for accuracy and repeatability at any batch size.

Press braking
75 tonne, 3 m bed. Accurate bending and forming of sheet metal to exact specification for structural and mechanical components. Every fold is engineered to spec, so parts fit first time, every time.

3D printing
Advanced additive manufacturing for prototypes and small-batch production in a 340 × 320 × 340 build volume, design freedom with genuine strength and durability. Ideal for rapid iteration without compromising on finish.

How we work
Drawing in, part outSend the file
STEP, DXF, IGES or a dimensioned PDF, with quantity and material.
Quote back
Price, lead time and any design notes worth acting on before we cut.
We make it
Cut, formed, finished and checked against your drawing.
Delivered
Packed, labelled and out, or collected from the works.
Why choose us
We treat every project as if it were our own, direct communication, a named point of contact, and no call centres.
Our modular facility adapts quickly to your requirements, from one-off prototypes to full production runs.
Laser cutting, press braking and 3D printing held to the standards you'd expect from engineers with decades of experience.
Clear, real-time updates from quote to delivery, so you're never left chasing progress.

We don’t just manufacture parts, we build solutions
Our team brings a personal, face-to-face commitment to every project, the same values that have carried precision engineering in this region through more than a century of change: adapt, stay precise, and never cut corners on quality.
We believe in direct communication and technical expertise, so your vision is met with the accuracy your specification demands and a level of service that stands out.
